STORY LINES

- Binghamton (10-4) went 3-1 this past weekend at the Gardner Webb/Spring of the Spring Tournament. Sophomore pitcher Brianna Roberts – the current America East Pitcher of the Week – went 1-0 with a save and a perfect 0.00 ERA. In 9.1 innings, she struck out 13 batters.
- Redshirt junior outfielder Lindsey Walter batted a team-best .385 while sophomore outfielder Bella Farina led the Bearcats with five RBI during the four games

- Senior pitcher Allison L'Amoreaux – who has twice been named the America East pitcher of the week – is 5-0 so far this season. She ranks second in the America East with 41 strikeouts and sixth with a 3.06 ERA. Roberts is first in the conference with three saves and fourth with a 2.06 ERA.

- Roberts leads the Bearcats and ranks No. 10 in the America East with a .350 batting average and is third with a .700 slugging percentage. L'Amoreaux is second with 11 RBI and is tied for first with five doubles. Redshirt junior designated player Brianna Santos, meanwhile, is second with 12 runs scored and is also tied for first with five doubles.

- As a team, Binghamton leads the America East with a 2.91 ERA as well as a .968 fielding percentage.

- The Bearcats are making their seventh appearance at the James Madison Invitational, having also taken part in the in-season event in 2002, 2004, 2011, 2013, 2016 and 2019. In addition, Binghamton was also at James Madison for the 2015 NCAA Regionals. The six previous appearances at James Madison represent Binghamton's most appearances at an in-season tournament.

- St. Joseph's (5-10) went 2-3 at the East Carolina/Purple and Gold Invitational this past weekend. Gianna Muhaw leads the Hawks with a .408 batting average.

- Binghamton leads the all-time series against St. Joseph's 2-1. Most recently, however, the Hawks defeated the Bearcats 7-3 on March 17, 2019. That contest took place at the James Madison Invitational.

- James Madison (12-7) finished 2-3 at the Arizona State Invitational this past weekend. Jasmine Hill leads the Dukes with a .385 batting average while Reed Butler has five home runs and 19 RBI. On the mound, Alisa Humphrey is 4-2 with a 2.48 ERA.

- James Madison holds a 9-1 advantage in the all-time series against Binghamton. The Bearcats won the first meeting between the two teams, 5-4 on March 16, 2002. Since then, however, the Dukes have taken nine straight decisions. Most recently, James Madison won 15-0 over Binghamton on March 16, 2019.

- Both games against James Madison this weekend will be on ESPN+.

- Radford (10-9) swept a doubleheader from Western Carolina on Tuesday by scores of 1-0 and 3-1. Lexie Roberts is batting a team-best .400 while Abby Wilson has three home runs and 17 RBI.

- Binghamton leads the all-time series against Radford 4-3. Most recently, the Bearcats defeated Radford 3-2 in their season opener on Feb. 11, 2023 at the George Southern Tournament. L'Amoreaux was the winning pitcher and posted an RBI single in the victory.
