VESTAL, N.Y. - With the 2025-26 men's and women's basketball seasons just one week away, the Bearcats Basketball Radio Show returns on Monday, Oct. 27 at 6 p.m. It will be the first of five Coaches' Shows this season and will be hosted by Hall of Fame play-by-play announcer Roger Neel.

Head men's coach Levell Sanders and head women's coach Mary Grimes will be on hand tonight with select student-athletes. 

All five shows will be broadcast live from the Events Center TAU Room and fans are welcome to come watch the show and meet the coaches and student-athletes. The other Monday dates during the season are Dec. 1, Jan. 5, Feb. 2 and March 2. 

In addition, all home and away regular season and playoff games for the men's and women's basketball teams will be broadcast live on Townsquare stations WNBF News Radio 1290 AM/92.1 FM (men's games) and Kiss 104.1 FM (women's). Both stations also have free online links and apps that can be downloaded on IOS and Android devices.  

Townsquare has been broadcasting BU basketball games for more than two decades. Neel will anchor the men's coverage for his 26th season. Returning for his third season calling the women's games is Michael Tricarico, voice of the Triple-A Syracuse Mets and graduate of the renowned Syracuse Newhouse School.
