GAME NOTES
  • Angelina Suau rose to first place in Binghamton program history with 81 career turnovers after she notched five vs. the Retrievers today. Suau surpassed Jacqueline Kennedy's (2016-18) previous mark of 77. She is one of three Bearcats to earn more than 70 career caused turnovers.
  • Suau matched Binghamton's single-game record with nine ground balls this afternoon, a career-best mark for the senior defender. Lauren Wetherell (2003-06) and Lauren Gabbamonte (2002-05) collected nine ground balls in games against UAlbany, April 29, 2005, and Niagara, April 5, 2005, respectively. Suau ranks ninth in Bearcats history with 110 career ground balls.
  • Olivia Muscolino led Binghamton's offense for the second straight contest, posting five points on two goals and three assists. The performance is her fifth straight with at least four points and two goals.
  • Emma Blloshmi extended her scoring streak to 13 games with two goals against UMBC. She has recorded at least two goals in 10 of Binghamton's 11 games this spring. Blloshmi went 1-3 from the eight-meter mark to rank second nationally with 1.91 free position goals per game.
  • Carla Curth notched her third hat trick of the season with three goals vs. the Retrievers. Marisa Tancredi also tacked on her second two-piece this year after she found the back of the net twice off feeds from Muscolino.
  • Gretel Cassell tallied a personal-best four caused turnovers to contribute to the Bearcats' game-high 12 team caused turnovers against UMBC.
  • Abigail Carroll appeared in her first game this spring, notching her first goal in 388 days after suffering an injury late last season. Carroll ranks eighth in program history with 124 points and 95 goals in her Bearcat career
