VESTAL, N.Y. – The Binghamton volleyball team announced Tuesday that registration is open for a variety of camps that will be held this summer in the West Gym.
Each of these camps are open to any and all entrants. The number of entrants is limited only by number, grade level and /or space availability.
Through these camps, volleyball players can learn and refine their skills with help from members of the Binghamton volleyball program. Binghamton has reached the America East Volleyball championship in each of its last four seasons, having won the league's regular season title in 2022 and 2024.
Below is a list of each camp the program is hosting this summer.
Prospect Camp
Camp 1: Saturday, June 20, 9 a.m.- 3 p.m.
Camp 2: Friday, July 10, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
These camps are open to athletes in grades 7-12 who are interested in playing volleyball at the collegiate level. This camp is designed to give players the opportunity to train in a competitive environment, showcase their abilities and experience the level of training expected within the volleyball program at Binghamton.
Junior Bearcat Camp
Monday, June 29 – Wednesday, July 1, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Designed for athletes who are below seventh grade entering the fall of 2026, this camp focuses on building a strong foundation in volleyball fundamentals. The foundation is built through fun drills, skill development, and confidence building, while helping young players grow their love for the game.
Position Camp
Camp 1: Monday, July 6 – Tuesday, July 7, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Camp 2: Wednesday, July 8 – Thursday, July 9, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
These camps are open for athletes in grades 7-12. They provide position-specific training for setters, hitters, liberos and defensive specialists. Athletes will receive detailed instruction, high repetitions and technical development tailored to their position.
