STORY LINES

- Binghamton holds its 13th Senior Day Weekend since moving into the Bearcats Sports Complex in 2013. The Bearcats will honor Rebecca Minnichbach, Brianna Roberts, Olivia Kennedy and Emma Lawson prior to Saturday's 1 p.m. series finale.

- Since the Bearcats moved into their current home facility in 2013, they are 13-2 in Senior Day Games (which includes three doubleheaders). Binghamton has also won its past four Senior Day games. This season marks the fourth time in six years that UMass Lowell is its Senior Day opponent.

- Binghamton (13-24, 12-5 AE) has been off since its doubleheader at Cornell on April 21. The Big Red swept the Bearcats 10-6 and 17-14. Freshman designated player Lauren Payne hit a team-best .714 (5-for-7) while sophomore third baseman Rachel Carey was 4-for-8 (.500) with two home runs and six RBI.

- Carey continues to lead the America East and now ranks fifth in the nation with a .488 batting average. She ranks second in the NCAA with 0.43 doubles per game. Carey is also first in the conference in on-base percentage (.529), OPS (1.361) and runs (37). In addition, she is second with nine home runs and third with both 32 RBI and an .832 slugging percentage.

- Junior catcher Elisa Allen leads the conference with 15 home runs and 41 RBI. She is also No. 17 in the nation with 0.43 home runs per game. In addition, Allen is first in the America East with an .848 slugging percentage.

- The Bearcats lead the America East in team batting (.316), home runs (41), doubles (77) and slugging percentage (.529).

- Graduate student outfielder Darien McDonough ranks sixth in the America East in batting (.370), third in doubles (13), is tied for fourth in RBI (26) and is tied for sixth in home runs (four). Junior outfielder Maddy Dodig is No. 10 in the conference with a .346 batting average and fifth in doubles (10).

- Allen set the Binghamton all-time program record with her 45th career home run against Cornell last Tuesday. The America East record of 46 home runs is shared by Kristen Brust (2002-05) and Hayley Durham (2003-06) - both of Stony Brook.

- As a team, Binghamton has 77 doubles so far this season. The program record of 83 doubles was set in 2024.

- UMass Lowell (25-22, 11-7 AE) lost two out of three games to visiting UAlbany this past weekend. Olivia DeCiste leads the America East with a 2.61 ERA, 15 wins and 157 strikeouts. She is also ranked No. 41 in the nation with 7.7 strikeouts per seven innings.

- As a team, UMass Lowell leads the conference with a 3.57 ERA and ranks second with a .967 fielding percentage. The River Haws are also ranked No. 24 in the nation with 6.97 strikeouts per seven innings.

- Binghamton leads the all-time series against UMass Lowell 19-18. Last season, the visiting Bearcats swept a three-game series with 5-0, 14-0 and 13-1 victories in Lowell April 18-19.

- Senior first baseman Emma Lawson needs one RBI to become the 10th player in program history to reach the century mark. She would also become just the ninth player in program history to record both 100 hits and 100 RBI during her career.

- Lawson leads the Bearcats with a seven-game hitting streak going into the weekend series against UMass Lowell. Allen has reached base safely in a team-best 13 straight games.
