VESTAL, N.Y. – The America East conference announced its 2026 Women's Lacrosse All-Conference honorees on Thursday morning, where five athletes from Binghamton were named to the conference's postseason list. Senior
Emma Blloshmi highlights the announcement for the Bearcats after being named Attacker of the Year.
After another stellar season, Blloshmi earned her flowers after being named the conference's Attacker of the Year. The West Babylon, N.Y. native tallied a conference-leading 51 goals, along with 7 assists for 58 points in her senior campaign. This is the back-to-back seasons that Blloshmi has scored 50+ goals and led the conference.
The senior attacker registered a hat trick in 10 of 15 games, including a nine-goal performance in an 18-7 victory over AE opponent UMass Lowell. Her nine goals against the River Hawks tied the conference record for most goals scored in a single conference game, along with being just one of five players in the nation to reach the nine-goal mark this season.
Blloshmi was also selected to the All-Conference First Team squad. This is her second career First Team selection.

Joining Blloshmi on the All-Conference First Team squad is junior defender
Maryn Savage. Savage led the team in caused turnovers and was third in the conference with 25. She averaged two ground balls per game. A leader for the Bearcats started in all 15 games and had a career high six caused turnovers against UMass Lowell, tied for the most in a single game in the league. She was named AE Defender of the Week for her performance against the River Hawks. This is Savage's first career All-Conference honor.
Gretel Cassell was named to the conference's Second Team as a defender. The senior from Huntington, N.Y., led the team in ground balls and finished third in the conference with 33. Cassell accumulated a career high of six ground balls against Villanova, which ties for the most by a player in the conference this season. This is Cassell's first career All-Conference honor.
Freshman
Sabrina Boyle was named to the league's All-Rookie Team. Boyle ended her freshman campaign with 16 goals in 15 appearances, with one game-winning goal and an 82.9 shot on goal percentage. She tallied two hat tricks this season, and she was then named AE Rookie of the Week after both performances.
Joining Boyle on the All-Rookie squad is
Vivian Coburn. Coburn was the only defender to be named to the rookie team. The freshman from Canton, N.Y., tallied 22 caused turnovers, the second most on Binghamton and fourth in the league. Her five caused turnovers against Bryant tied for the second-most in a single game in the league this season. Coburn also grabbed 18 ground balls for the Bearcats.
