STORY LINES

- Binghamton (1-10) was defeated 62-53 by Siena on Friday night. Freshman point guard Jasmine Sina poured in a game-high 21 points, marking the third time this season she has reached the 20-point mark in scoring. Fellow freshman guard Imani Watkins added 14 points while junior guard Kim Albrecht chipped in 11 points

- For the season, freshman guard Imani Watkins leads the Bearcats with 15.9 points per game. Freshman point guard Jasmine Sina is second on the squad with 15.0 points per night while senior forward Sherae Swinson is third with 11.3 points and first with 6.2 rebounds per contest.

- Rider (3-7) won 67-55 over visiting UMBC on Friday night. Emily Fazzini netted 19 points while Marritta Gillcrease finished with eight points, a career-high 20 rebounds and a career-high five blocks against the Retrievers. For the season, Robin Perkins leads Rider with 11.6 points per game.

- Binghamton and Rider meet for the first time in three seasons. The two times have split the previous two games with the road time winning both times. The Bearcats won 66-53 on Nov. 20, 2010 but the Broncs got even with a 66-56 triumph on Dec. 17, 2011. 

- The freshman duo of guards Imani Watkins and Jasmine Sina have combined for three America East Rookie of the Week honors so far this season. Watkins was selected on Nov. 17 and Nov. 24 while Sina was the pick on Dec. 1

- The Bearcats have reached the 70-point mark in scoring three times this season. Their season-best of 90 points came against Delaware State on Nov. 15.
