STORY LINES

- Binghamton returns six position players and two pitchers from last season's squad that finished 22-25 and advanced to the America East Tournament for the third time in four seasons.

- Junior outfielder Sydney Harbaugh is the reigning America East Player of the Year. Junior infielder Lisa Cadogan joined Harbaugh as a first-team all-conference selection for the second year in a row.

- Boston College went 3-2 in its opening tournament at Central Florida last weekend. Annie Murphy led the Eagles with a .467 batting average.

- Georgia Southern went 0-4 at the season-opening Florida State Tournament last weekend. Morgan Robinson led the Eagles with a .333 batting average.

- Campbell went 2-1 last weekend at its home invitational. Maggie Christopher led the Camels with a .500 batting average.

- Tennessee Tech went 1-3 last weekend at the season-opening Kennesaw State Classic last weekend. Christian Gibbs led the Purple Pride with a .500 batting average.
