VESTAL, N.Y. Women saw a victory on home courts against Fairliegh Dickinson University on Saturday afternoon. With a series of close matches the Bearcats pulled through to secure a 4-3 win over the Knights.

Juniors Shea Brodsky and AlexisTashiro took Gisela Castaby and Krachok 7-6 in first doubles while teammates junior Agatha Ambrozy and senior Katerine Medianik took Nicole Chis and Shreya Pasricha in second round of doubles.

Tashiro went onto to defeat Chis scoring a 6-3, 6-3 in first singles while Ambrozy went onto to secure a win against Alex Bryant with a score of 6-0,5-7, 6-2 in fifth round singles.

The women will be on the road to face Siena college on Sunday at 6 p.m.
