VESTAL, N.Y.—The Binghamton swimming and diving teams were defeated by Marist today at the Patricia A. Saunders Aquatic Center. The men fell 164-134, while the women lost 181-112.
This was the final home meet for Binghamton's twelve seniors, and they were honored prior to the meet in a Senior Day ceremony. The seniors from the women's team are

Katie Ellsworth,
Stephanie Malyszka,
Taryn McLaughlin,
Selina Ng, and
Haley Rice.
Tommy Cummings,
Andrew Duszynski,
Eric Farm,
Darin Gillenwater,
Brian McKenna, and
Isaac Vingan are the seniors from the men's team.Â

MENThe men started their meet off by winning the 200 medley relay.
Eric Farm,
Eric Wang,
Tommy Cummings, and
Brian McKenna clocked in at 1:35.66. The men four straight races at one point, with Farm taking the 100 back (53.12), Cummings the 100 breast (1:00.10),
Matthew DeVito the 200 fly (1:56.38) and McKenna the 50 free (20.99). With his time of 20.99, McKenna set a pool record. The men would win two more races, with Cummings taking the 200 breast (2:11.22) and
Liam Cashin taking the 400 IM (4:10.86).
WOMENThe women got their first win in the 200 fly, when
Brooke Pettis finished with a time of 2:13.14.
Selina Ng would be the next winner, finishing the 100 fly in 57.47, with Pettis finishing second (1:00.03).
Stephanie Malyszka was the Bearcats final winner, with 4:46.44 in the 400 IM. Malyszka also finished second in the 100 breast (1:09.90). Other second place finishes include
Courtney Foley in the 50 free (25.48) and
Maria Trivino in the 200 breast (2:31.00).
This concludes the Bearcats' regular seasons. The women have America East Championships February 11-14, while the men have ECAC Championships February 26-28.
