STORY LINES
- Binghamton (6-2-5, 1- 0- 2 AE) won 1-0 at UMBC on Wednesday behind a goal by junior midfielder
Ben Ovetsky in the 80th minute. He is now tied with sophomore forward
Nikkos Psarras with four goals and nine total points. Ovetsky also leads the Bearcats with three game-winning goals. Binghamton is unbeaten in its past five games (3-0-2) and unbeaten at home this season (3-0-2).
- The Bearcats are No. 10 in the NSCAA Northeast Region Poll for the second week in a row. In addition, their RPI is currently No. 78 out of 206 Division I programs.
- New Hampshire (9-4-0, 1-2-0 AE) lost a 2-1 heartbreaker in the closing seconds against Albany on Wednesday night. Chris Arling, who leads the America East Conference with 11 goals and 23 total points, scored the Wildcats goal just 57 seconds into the match. On the national level, he ranks sixth in goals per game (0.85) and No. 11 with 1.77 total points per game.
- The Wildcats are currently fifyh in the NSCAA East Region Poll. In addition, their RPI is currently No. 54. As recently as two weeks ago, New Hampshire was nationally ranked.
- Binghamton leads the all-time series against New Hampshire 9-6-2. At the Bearcats Sports Complex, it is a perfect 4-0-0 in regular-season matches but lost 1-0 in a first-round conference tournament game in 2010. Most recently, the Bearcats won 2-1 at New Hampshire on Oct. 10, 2015.

- Binghamton and New Hampshire are two of five America East squads in the NSCAA East Region Poll. UMass Lowell remains in the top position, followed by Albany in fourth place and Vermont in sixth place. On the national level, UMass Lowell is ranked No. 18 while Vermont is receiving votes.
- Binghamton is off to a 3-0-2 start at home, having outscored their opponents 8-3 in the process. The crowd of 1,806 at the Homecoming game against Buffalo on Sept. 24 was the largest at the Bearcats Complex since 2012. The Bearcats' average home attendance so far this season is 859.
- Nine different Binghamton players have scored at least one goal this year. In addition to Ovetsky and Psarras, sophomore midfielder
