WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y.- The Binghamton women's tennis team cruised by Niagara, 7-0, Friday afternoon.

Shea Brodsky, and
Olga Ostrovetsky all won singles matches in the non-conference contest at Niagara.
Brodsky and
Alexis Tashiro teamed up for a 7-6 (7-2) win in the #1 doubles bout, while Ambrozy and Ostrovetsky combined for a 7-6 (7-3) victory at #2 doubles, earning the doubles' point for BU. Niagara forfeited the third doubles' contest.
In singles action, the Bearcats rolled to victory, with all five players winning in straight sets. Kohtz claimed a 6-2, 7-5 win over Stella Peisakhova in their #1 singles match. DiMuro defeated Haley Hollins, 7-6 (7-0) and 6-3 in a #2 singles contest, while Ambrozy took down Shannon Wong, 6-2, 6-3 at #3 singles. Brodsky notched a 6-3 and 6-2 win over Sharlee Deshmukh at #4 and then Ostrovetsky continued her stellar string of play with a 6-0, 6-0 sweep of Jasmin Vargas. Ostrovetsky has won her last seven outings for Binghamton.
BU (5-3) continues its weekend with another non-league match tomorrow, as it plays at Buffalo. The contest is scheduled for a 1 p.m. start.
