STORY LINES
- Binghamton (3-2-3) comes into Homecoming Weekend having its longest break in between matches so far this season (six days). It its most recent outing, the Bearcats were defeated 2-1 by Columbia on Sept. 18.
Charlie Novoth, who is tied for the team lead with four total points, scored a first-half goal on a free kick against the Lions.
- Buffalo (8-1-0) is receiving votes in both the NSCAA/Top 25 and College Soccer News Top 30 national polls. Offensively, the Bulls are ranked fourth among all NCAA Division I teams with 2.63 goals per game. Russell Cicerone is first in the nation with 3.25 points per game and is second with 1.25 goals per game in their last game, Buffalo defeated St. Bonaventure 2-1 on Wednesday behind a goal and an assist from Cicerone.
- Binghamton leads the series against Buffalo 3-1-1, having swept the past two meetings. Most recently, the Bearcats took a 2-0 home decision on Sept. 13, 2013.
- The Bearcats continue to have balanced scoring. Through eight matches, six different players have found the back of the net. Sophomore midfielder

- This marks the 10th Homecoming Game to be played at the Bearcats Sports Complex. The previous nine matches have generated an average attendance of over 2,000 fans. The pregame tailgate, in the Events Center parking lot, has been a staple on Homecoming Weekend since 2008.
