Men's Lacrosse Travels to Siena for First Road Game of the Season

Bearcats and Saints faceoff at 3 p.m

VESTAL, N.Y. - The Binghamton men's lacrosse team (2-1)  will travel to Siena (0-5) Tuesday afternoon for a non-conference matchup.

The Bearcats defeated Hobart 12-6 on Sunday to move to 2-1 on the season. Senior Tyler Deluca netted three goals for the Bearcats. Fellow senior Tanner Cosens had 13 saves on the day. His .684 save percentage landed him America East Defensive Player of the Week honors.

Siena lost a tight game to St. John's on Sunday. The Saints fell to the Red Storm 13-12 as St. John's scored with 27 seconds remaining in the game. Chris Robertson recorded his fourth straight hat-trick for Siena and Mike Reilly added four goals and three assists.  Siena won 13 of 28 faceoffs and had the shot advantage over St. John's 43-30.

The last time the two teams met was in 2014 when Siena topped Binghamton 13-9 in Loudonville.
