Nikos Psarras are tied for second in the America East with 10 total points. Psarras also ranks second in the conference with five goals while Luescher is second with four assists.
- Canisius (6-1-0) defeated Rutgers 2-1 in overtime on Tuesday for its sixth consecutive victory. Troy Brady, who netted the game winner against the Scarlet Knights, leads the Golden Griffs with six goals and 13 total points. Canisius' lone defeat this season was a 2-0 setback against America East opponent Stony Brook in its season opener back on Aug. 25.
- Binghamton is 2-0-0 in the all-time series against Siena, including last year's 2-1 season-opening win at the Bearcats Sports Complex. Psarras and current junior midfielder

- The match on Saturday night will be aired on ESPN3, marking the first time Binghamton has appeared on that platform since the 2015 title game at Vermont. Later this season, the Bearcats' home games against UMBC (Oct. 7) and UMass Lowell (Oct. 21) will also be carried on ESPN as will its road match at Hartford (Oct. 11).
- With a team-best 10 points, Luescher is just the second Binghamton rookie to reach double digits in total points during the program's 17-year NCAA Division I era. Bryan Arnault finished the 2003 campaign with 11 total points (four goals and three assists).
- Psarras' five goals already ties his scoring total from last year, when he shared the team lead with current senior forward
Ben Ovetsky. Since he netted his first career goal against Stony Brook in the 2015 America East quarterfinals, Psarras has scored 11 times.
