"I am extremely disappointed in the outcome tonight," head coach
Paul Marco said. "Even after they scored the first goal, we got back on top of the match. But that second goal killed us. That was the turning point."
The shot count was even at 9-9.
After the match, Marco had this message for the nine members of Binghamton's graduating senior class.
"The outcome of tonight's match and the tough season we had does not define who they are as players and people," we are very grateful for all they have done for our program.
