Women's Lacrosse hosts No. 1 Stony Brook Saturday

The game is set for an 11 a.m. start at the Bearcats Sports Complex

VESTAL, N.Y. - Off to the best conference start in program history, the Binghamton women's lacrosse team (5-6, 2-1 AE) hosts No. 1 Stony Brook (11-0, 3-0 AE) on Saturday, April 7 in an America East contest. The game is scheduled for 11 a.m. start at the Bearcats Sports Complex.

Last Time Out
  • Binghamton knocked off UMBC with an 11-5 victory on it's home turf
  • Senior Jacqueline Kennedy set single game (7) and single season (38) records for caused turnovers
  • Kennedy also picked up nine ground balls, adding her name to a three-way tie for single game records, sharing the spot with Lauren Wetherell ('05) and Lauren Gabbamonte ('05)
  • The win over UMBC is only the second time in program history the Bearcats have beaten the Retrievers

  • This is the first time in program history the Bearcats have been 2-1 in conference games
