Men's Soccer Travels to Bucknell

Bearcats and Bison kick off Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Binghamton (4-7-1, 1-3-0 AE) rallied from two goals down to record a 3-2 win at Stony Brook. Freshman forward Oliver Svalander scored twice and junior midfielder Noah Luescher added a goal and an assist.

Bucknell (5-5-3, 2-2-2 Patriot League) defeated Boston University 3-0 at home on Saturday. Patrick O'Hara finished with a goal and an assist in the victory.

Binghamton leads the all-time series against Bucknell 7-5-2. Last season, however, the Bison recorded a 2-1 victory at the Bearcats Sports Complex on Oct. 16. In the last meeting in Bucknell, Binghamton won 2-1 on Oct. 17, 2017.

Luescher continues to lead the Bearcats with five goals, two assists and 12 total points so far this season. Svalander and fellow freshman forward Ethan Holmer each have scored twice.

In the current America East statistics, Luescher is third with .455 goals per game and fourth with 1.09 total points per game. He also ranks second with 2.45 shots per game.

Matt Thorsheim leads the Bison with five goals, four assists and 14 total points so far this season. O'Hara has scored four goals and tallied four assists.
