Women's Lacrosse Hosts Dartmouth Sunday

Bearcats and Big Green face off at 1 p.m.

VESTAL, N.Y. - The Binghamton Women's Lacrosse team is set to host Dartmouth at the Bearcat Sports Complex starting at 1:00 p.m. Sunday. 

Binghamton Notes
  • Binghamton lost to Colgate 7-6 last time out
  • Kelly Quinn scored two goals for the second game in a row for the Bearcats
  • Page Volkmann and Olivia Batista also scored for Binghamton
  • Volkmann, Sam Fama and Brianna Distler each finished with three ground balls
  • The Bearcats forced 11 turnovers in the loss

Dartmouth Notes
  • Dartmouth, who finished last season 11-2, entered the season ranked 25th in the nation per IWLCA Preseason Poll
  • Dartmouth opened the season 0-2 after an 11-10 overtime loss to Michigan
  • Head Coach Danielle Spencer, 2018 Ivy League Co-Coach of the Year, is in her third season with the program
  • The Big Green return three First Team All-Ivy League selections from last year: Juniors Ellie Carson, Katie Bourque and Kiera Vrindten, 2018 Conference Goalie of the Year
  • Bourque led the Big Green with three goals in the loss, while Vrindten made nine saves in the net
