Women’s Lacrosse Travels to Cornell Wednesday

Game set for a 5 p.m. start time

ITHACA, N.Y. - The Binghamton Women's Lacrosse team (0-9, 0-1 AE) travels to Ithaca on Wednesday to face off against Cornell (4-4). The game can be seen live on ESPN+ or followed via live stats.

Binghamton Notes

The Bearcats dropped the first game of conference play away to New Hampshire last Saturday, 12-10
Amelia Biancardi continued her hot streak, registering her second hat trick of the season and 10th goal in the last three games
Alissa Franze and Olivia Batista each scored two goals for Binghamton
Rebecca Golderman, Alyssa Sanchez and Emily Masera all scored as well
Taylor Passuello made 11 saves in net and is now ninth in the country with 107 this season

Cornell Notes

Cornell lost on the road last time out, 11-10 at #6 Penn
Head Coach Jenny Graap ('86) is in the midst of her 22nd season coaching her alma mater. She was named Ivy League Coach of the Year in 2017
Sarah Phillips totaled four points for Cornell in the loss (3 Goals, 1 Assist)
Phillips is now one point shy of reaching 100 total in her career
Last year's leading goal scorer, Caroline Allen (35) provided two here as well as an assist

Series History
The Big Red lead the series with Binghamton 7-0. The two sides last met in 2018, a 15-7 victory for Cornell.

Binghamton will host Albany this Saturday, Mar. 30th. The game will begin at 1 p.m. at the Bearcat Sports Complex.
