Men’s Lacrosse Travels to UMass Lowell Friday

Bearcats and River Hawks set for 7:30 p.m. face-off

LOWELL, MA - The Binghamton men's lacrosse team (1-11, 1-5 AE) will wrap up it's 2019 regular season when they travel to face UMass Lowell (5-8, 2-3 AE) on Friday, Apr. 26. The game is set for a 7:30 p.m. start time.

Binghamton Notes
  • The Bearcats are coming off a 15-12 win over Hartford.
  • Senior Joe Licata (5 goals and 8 points) and freshman Kevin Winkoff (4 goals) led the charge for the Bearcats.
  • Licata leads the team in goals (22) and points (34).
  • Goalie Kevin Carbone was named America East Defensive Player of the Week, making a combined 38 saves in the last two games (setting a career-high save record with 19) and earning his first win of the season.
UMass Lowell Notes
  • The River Hawks are coming off a 13-12 overtime win against UMBC.
  • Cory Highfield and Daniel Cozzi share the team lead in points (36).
  • Junior Isaac Bot scored 6 goals, including the overtime winner at UMBC, and was named AE Offensive Player of the Week.
  • Freshman Liam McDonough was named AE Co-Rookie of the Week, winning 22-of-29 faceoffs and picking up 14 ground balls.
