Men’s Soccer Heads to Bryant for Pivotal Game

Bearcats and Bulldogs Square Off Friday at 3 p.m.


STORY LINES:

- Binghamton (3-8-4, 1-2-2 AE) is coming off of a 1-0 loss to New Hampshire this past Saturday. Senior goalkeeper Mats Roorda stopped three shots in the match. He currently has a 1.188 goals against average and a .754 save percentage for the season.

- Bryant (3-8-1, 0-4-1 AE) played to a scoreless tie against UMass Lowell last Saturday. Goalkeeper Luca Marinelli recorded his third shutout of the season, making five saves in the process.

- Binghamton can clinch a berth in the upcoming America East Tournament with a win at Bryant. The Bearcats are currently sitting in fifth place in the conference with five points. The top six teams will qualify for the post-season tournament.

- This marks the first-ever meeting between Binghamton and Bryant in men's soccer.
