Men's Lacrosse Ready for America East play at Albany

Game is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.

Binghamton men's lacrosse (2-4) is back on the road on Saturday March 19 at 1 p.m. to take on Albany (1-4). This will mark the beginning of America East play for both teams this season.

Notes

  • Senior Kevin Winkoff continues to be a big scoring threat for the Bearcats. He ranks third in goals per game (2.71) and second in points per game (3.86) in the America East. Winkoff has scored in every game this season.

  • Junior Matthew Desouza, ranks third in the America East in faceoff percentage (.613) and groundballs per game (5.43)

  • Redshirt sophomore Thomas Greenblatt has added a big spark for BU recently with eight points in his last three games.

  • Senior Drew Furlong leads Binghamton's defense with three caused turnovers and is fifth in America East with 1.57 caused turnovers per game.

Scouting Albany

  • Albany comes into this matchup having played No. 17 Cornell and No. 1 Maryland this season, Great Danes fell short in both contests.

  • Junior Graydon Hogg leads the team in goals (6) and points (10).

  • Great Danes were picked to finish third in the America East Preseason Poll

  • There have been 22 all-time matchups between Binghamton and Albany, Great Danes lead 19-3.
