Men's Lacrosse set to travel to NJIT

Game is scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m.

Binghamton men's lacrosse (4-6, 2-1 AE) will be back in action tomorrow at NJIT (0-10, 0-3 AE). The conference matchup was originally scheduled for April 1 but was rescheduled to Tuesday, April 19. The Bearcats are looking to bounce back after a 7-3 loss against Stony Brook on Saturday. 

Notes

  • Junior Quinn O'Hara has recently brought a spark to the Bearcat offense, tallying five goals in his last three games. 

  • Senior Kevin Winkoff and Daniel MacKinney have paced the Bearcats offense. Winkoff has a team high 23 goals and 13 assists. MacKinney has 17 goals and six assists.

  • Redshirt junior goalie Teddy Dolan set a program record with 20 saves in the game against Stony Brook, finishing with a .741 save percentage.

Scouting NJIT

  • Offensively, Gage Adams and Gavyn Willson led the attack for the Highlanders, each having 11 goals on the season. 

  • NJIT is battle-tested having faced three ranked opponents (No.19 Delaware, No.15 Lehigh and No.14 Army). 

  • Billy Kroeger leads the team as their faceoff specialist with a .543 faceoff percentage.

  • In two all-time matchups between Binghamton and NJIT, the Bearcats lead the series 2-0, winning the most recent matchup 11-9 on April 3, 2021.
