- Binghamton (14-18, 1-5 AE) dropped a home conference doubleheader to Stony Brook last weekend by scores of 8-1 and 4-2. Senior infielder
Makayla Alvarez was 2-for-4 with a double, triple as well as a pair of RBI.
- Freshman outfielder
Alayna Harbaugh leads the Bearcats and ranks seventh in the America East in batting (.350). She also is fourth in the conference in on-base percentage (.426) and is first with 15 stolen bases.
- Senior infielder
Alli Richmond is ninth with 17 RBI and second with 12 doubles. Freshman outfielder
Sarah Rende is tied for fifth in the America East in both home runs (four) and runs scored (22). Alvarez, meanwhile, is tied for second with two triples and is tied for ninth with eight doubles.
- On the mound, sophomore pitcher
Allison L'Amoreaux is fifth in the America East with 83 strikeouts and is tied for fifth with seven victories. Graduate student pitcher
Chelsea Howard is ninth with 60 strikeouts.
- Maine (6-29, 2-6 AE) lost two out of three games in a home America East series against UMBC this past weekend. The Black Bears, however, won the finale 8-3 on Sunday. Izzy Neiblas and Kelby Drews each drove in a team-best two runs in the victory.
- Jasmine Gray leads the Black Bears and is No. 15 in the America East with a .322 batting average. Gabby Papushka is tied third with six home runs and is tied for fourth with 25 RBI. Kya Enos, meanwhile, is tied for first with three triples.
- Maine leads the all-time series against Binghamton 34-23. Last season, the Black Bears took three of four games in Binghamton April 27-28. The two teams meet in Orono for the first time since 2018, when the Bearcats took two of three games April 28-29 of that season.
