VESTAL, N.Y. – Freshmen Marcus Johnson, sophomore Jenna Chan, junior Nick DeFelice and graduate student Brittany Korsah all won individual events, highlighting Binghamton's performance at the Lehigh Season Opener Track & Field Meet on Saturday. There was no team scoring at the meet.

Johnson, who won the 400 hurdles two weeks ago at Lafayette, took top honors in the long jump at Lehigh with a distance of 22-9. Chan continued her impressive season with her second victory of the season in the 100 hurdles (14.58). She was also second in the long jump (17-6 ¼).

DeFelice won his first title of the season, capturing the men's 3,000 Steeplechase (SC) with a time of 9:35.91. Korsah, meanwhile, claimed the women's long jump with a distance of 17-8.

Other runner-up finishes at Lehigh were turned in by freshman Jennifer Mui in the women's 3,000 SC (11:34.64), senior Dominique Jackson in the 200 (25.61) and junior Sophia Morone in the 100 (12.53).

Up next for Binghamton is the Bucknell Outdoor Classic April 15-16.
