- Canisius (1-2-2) is also coming off of a tie. It drew 1-1 with St. Bonaventure last Friday night. The Golden Griffs' lone goal was scored by Reilly Boyer - the first of his collegiate career. Canisius has won or tied its last three games.
- Binghamton is 4-1-0 all-time against Canisius. Most recently, the Bearcats defeated the Golden Griffs 3-1 on Sept. 11, 2021.
Ethan Homler scored on a penalty kick and added an assist in the victory.
- The Bearcats' match against Canisius marks the second of a three-game home stand. Binghamton last played three straight home games from Sept. 9-20, 2014.
