Men’s Soccer takes on Hofstra to conclude homestand

Bearcats and Pride face off Tuesday at 7 p.m.

STORY LINES

- Binghamton (0-4-2) is coming off a 0-0 tie against Canisius on Saturday. While the Bearcats couldn't net any goals, they finished with a 21-2 advantage in total shots.

- After Saturday's match, the Bearcats have now tied both games of their homestand, with the Hofstra game being the finale of the three straight home matches.. 

- Hofstra (4-2-0) is coming off of a home win against Northeastern. The Pride won 2-1, with goals coming from Ryan Carmichael and Eliot Goldthorp. For the season, Goldthorp leads Hofstra with four goals while Carmichael has scored three times.

- Hofstra has won their last three games, all by one goal.

- Hofstra leads the all-time series 3-1-1. The last meeting between the Bearcats and Pride ended in a 2-2 tie back on Oct. 29, 2019. Tuesday's match marks the first time the two squads have met at the Bearcats Sports Complex since Hofstra won 2-1 back on Oct. 25, 2017.
