VESTAL, N.Y. - Binghamton women's lacrosse begins America East play with a showdown against UMBC on Saturday at noon. Binghamton produced one of the biggest wins in program history against Cornell in Ithaca on Wednesday. The Bearcats edged the Big Red in thrilling fashion, 13-12, behind a five goal performance from
Abigail Carroll and hat tricks from
Marisa Tancredi and
Hayley Weltner. Both teams will start two goalies that are among the nation's best in saves.
