VESTAL, N.Y. – The Binghamton track & field program has announced its 2023-24 incoming class. The nine men and 14 women will join the program this coming fall.

On the men's side, Putu Sutayasa (Nyack, N.Y.) is a jumper from Nyack High School. His top distances are 23-4 ½ in the long jump and 44-3 ½ in the triple jump. He was second in the long jump at the 2023 New York State (NYS) Indoor Championships and fourth at the ensuing NYS Outdoor Meet. In addition, Sutayasa won the long jump at the 2023 Loucks Games.

Angelo Confort (Aquebogue, N.Y.) is a hurdler from Riverhead High School. His top times are 7.69 in the 55 hurdles and 14.69 in the 110 hurdles. He placed third in the 110 hurdles at the 2023 NYS Outdoor Meet.

Christian Primavera (Massapequa, N.Y.) is a hurdler from Massapequa High School. His top times are 7.54 in the 55 hurdles and 14.70 in the 110 hurdles. He was fourth in the 55 hurdles at the 2023 NYS Indoor Meet and also fourth in the 110 hurdles at the ensuing outdoor championships.

Nathaniel David (Brooklyn, N.Y.) is a sprinter from Brooklyn Tech. His top times are 6.49 in the 55, 10.81 in the 100 and 22.38 in the 200. He won the 100 at the 2023 Brooklyn Borough Outdoor Championships.

Logan Hayes (Fulton, N.Y.) is a sprinter from Charles H. Baker High School. His top times are 22.47 in the 200 and 49.84 in the 400. Hayes won the 400 title at the 2023 NYS Section III Outdoor Championships.

Jose Iraola-Ceely (Highland, N.Y.) is a thrower from Marlboro Central High School. His top distances are 65-1 ¼ in the 25 lb. weight throw, 180-7 in the hammer, 48-8 ½ in the shot put and 141-4 in the discus. He placed fifth in the 25 lb. weight throw at the 2023 NYS Indoor Meet and was sixth in the shot put at the ensuing outdoor championships.

David Joseph (Pomona, N.Y.) is a hurdler from North Rockland High School. He competed for Monroe Community College during the 2022-23 academic year. His top time is 14.51 in the 110 hurdles. At the 2022 NYS Outdoor Championships, he was second in that event. Joseph also won the 2022 NYS Section 1 outdoor title in the 110 hurdles.

Matthew Oluwole (Suffern, N.Y.) is a jumper from Suffern High School. He competed for New York University during the 2022-23 academic year. His top height is 6-5 ¼ in the high jump – an event in which he placed fourth in at the 2023 AATFFC Championships. During the 2022 outdoor track & field season, he won the NYS Section I high jump title and was ninth in the same event at the ensuing NYS Championships.       
     
Finally, Kevin Smith (East Islip, N.Y.) is a sprinter from East Islip High School. His top times are 10.90 in the 100 and 22.07 in the 200. He competed for Wagner College during the 2023 outdoor season and was 14^th place in the 200 at the NEC Outdoor Championships.

On the women's side, Dami Modupe (Stony Point, N.Y.) is a sprinter and hurdler from North Rockland High School. Her top times are 14.23 in the 100 hurdles, 8.17 in the 55 hurdles, 7.21 in the 55 and 12.14 in the 100. She won the 2023 NYS championship in the 100 hurdles and was the runner up in the 55 hurdles at the preceding NYS indoor meet.

Deborah Estabine (West Haverstraw, N.Y.) is a thrower from North Rockland High School. Her top distances are 42-4 ½ in the shot put and 51-0 in the 20 lb. weight throw. She was the runner up in the shot put at the 2023 NYS Outdoor Championships and placed sixth in the 20 lb. weight throw at the ensuring 2023 New Balance National Meet.

Kaylen Tenemille (Highland Mills, N.Y.) is a sprinter and jumper from Monroe-Woodbury High School. Her top times are 12.20 in the 100, 25.30 in the 200 and 18-7 in the long jump. She was third in the long jump and fifth in the 100 at the 2023 NYS Outdoor Meet.

Esther St. Fort (New York, N.Y.) is a sprinter from North Rockland High School. Her top times are 25.32 in the 200, 39.12 in the 300 and 57.74 in the 400. At the 2023 NYS Indoor Championships, she was fifth in the 300.

Ava LaMarca (Staten Island, N.Y.) is a jumper from Susan E. Wagner High School. Her top distances are 18-5 long jump and 35-10 ½ in the triple jump. She won the 2023 Staten Island long jump title and was sixth in the same event at the 2023 Nike Indoor National Meet.

Natalia Lee (Deer Park, N.Y.) is a jumper from Deer Park High School. Her top distances are 17-9 ½ in the long jump and 36-5 ½ in the triple jump. She won the 2023 Section XI Small School title in the triple jump and was second in the long jump at the 2023 Section XI County Championships.

Sydney McKenney (Baldwinsville, N.Y.) is a pole vaulter from Charles H. Baker High School. Her top height is 11-0. She won the 2023 Section III State Qualifying Meet.

Maya Pelayo (Fairbanks, Ak.) is a thrower from Austin E Lanthrop High School. She competed for Roberts Wesleyan College during the 2022-23 academic year. Her top distances are 119-3 in the javelin, 119-7 in the discus and 37-3 ¼ in the shot put. She won the 2022 ECC Outdoor title in the discus and was second in the javelin.

Ashlyn Rattray (Clyde, N.Y.) is a sprinter from Clyde Savannah High School. Her top times are 12.30 in the 100 and 25.50 in the 200. She won the 2023 NYS Section V State Qualifier in both the 100 and the 200.

Carlea Davis (Dryden, N.Y.) is a jumper and hurdler from Dryden High School. Her top distances are 17-0 in the long jump and 34-9 ½ in the triple jump and her top time in the 100 hurdles is 15.53. At the 2023 NYS Outdoor Championships, she was fourth in the 100 hurdles.
                  
Tristan Prescott (Chester, Vt.) is a jumper from the Burr and Burton Academy. Her top distance is 34-2 ¼ in the triple jump. At the recent 2023 Vermont Outdoor Championships, she won the triple jump.   
              
Isabella Portillo (Ronkonkoma, N.Y.) is a sprinter and jumper from Connetquot High School. Her top times are 12.94 in the 100 and 26.60 in the 200 and her top distance in the long jump is 16-4 ½. At the NYS Section XI County Championship, she was fifth in the 100.

Lily Stoddard (Norwich, N.Y.) is a thrower from Sherburne Earville High School. Her top distance in the discus is 110-3. At the 2023 NYS Section III State Qualifier, she was third in the discus.      

Finally, Ella Hamby (Webster, N.Y.) is a pole vaulter from Webster Thomas High School. Her top height is 10-6. At the 2023 NYS Section V State Qualifier, she was fourth in the pole vault.
