The Pride continued its momentum in the third, using a 7-0 run to take a 19-12 advantage over the Bearcats. Binghamton battled back, earning four straight points to go up 24-22 before a kill from Ilieva sealed the set victory, 25-23.

Both teams went back and forth till the very last points, tying the frame 23-23 until a kill from Misa Dlouha and a Pride attack error closed out the set.
