Men’s Soccer Hosts NJIT on Family Weekend

Bearcats and Highlanders Square Off Saturday at 1 p.m.

STORY LINES

- Binghamton's (4-8-0, 0-2-0 AE) match at Bucknell on Tuesday evening was ruled a No Contest when heavy rains forced play to be halted after 60 minutes. At the time, the score was 0-0.

- Junior forward Anthony Randazzo leads the Bearcats with five goals and 10 total points so far this season. Sophomore midfielder DT Megliola, meanwhile, leads the squad with four assists.

- NJIT (2-6-3, 0-1-1 AE) lost 1-0 at Villanova on Tuesday night. Leading the Highlanders in 2025 has been goalkeeper Devin Armstrong, who has posted four solo shutouts so far this year.

- NJIT leads the all-time series against Binghamton 3-0-2. Last season, the Highlanders won 1-0 at home on Oct. 5. In two previous meetings at the Bearcats Sports Complex, NJIT has gone 1-0-1.

- This marks the seventh time Binghamton has played on Family Weekend since moving into the Bearcats Sports Complex in 2007. The Bearcats are 5-1-0 in Family Weekend matches and have averaged 1,840 fans per outing. Last year, Binghamton defeated Central Connecticut 2-1 on Sept. 21.
