Elizabeth Fagan Named Academic Advisement Assistant

Coastal Carolina alum joins VISIONS Center for Student Excellence Staff

VESTAL, N.Y. - The Binghamton Division of Athletics has announced the hiring of Elizabeth Fagan as an Academic Advisement Assistant. She will serve as the primary point of contact for several of our teams and will assist the unit with other operational and programming needs.

"We are excited to welcome Elizabeth to our team as the new Athletics Academic Advisement Assistant," Senior Associate Director of Athletics-Student Services and NCAA Compliance David Eagan said. "Elizabeth is committed to student support and her dedication to student success will strengthen our advising program and enhance the educational journey for our student-athletes."

Fagan arrives from the University of Miami (Fla.), where she has been an Athletic Advising Post-Graduate Intern since the start of the current academic year. In that role, she was a course and transcript evaluator for incoming freshmen and transfer students. She also worked directly with selected student-athletes within the Hurricanes' program, including the football program.

A 2025 graduate of Coastal Carolina, Fagan was an intern within the department of Student Athletic Academic services, during her final year. She was involved with grade reports, benchmark reports and transfer evaluations in her role.
