- Five returning Bearcat players have been chosen to the America East Preseason All-Conference Team. They include junior Brianna Roberts, sophomores Elisa Allen and Emma Lawson as well as graduate students Lindsey Walter and Brianna Santos,

- UT-Chattanooga (0-0) is a first-time opponent for Binghamton and is the defending Southern Conference champion. The Mocs went 42-16 in 2024.

- Stetson (0-0) went 15-37 last season and competes in the Atlantic Sun Conference (A-SUN). The series between the Bearcats and Hatters is tied at 2-2. At last year's tournament, the Bearcats swept both games, 6-5 and 7-5.
