HERE COMES EMMA B
Junior attacker Emma Blloshmi has scored three or more goals in nine of Binghamton's 10 games this spring with a hat trick at Bryant, March 22.

Blloshmi opened the season with a hat trick at Villanova, Feb. 8, then produced back-to-back five point, four goal contests against Colgate, Feb. 12, and Siena, Feb. 15. She recorded another hat trick at St. Bonaventure, Feb. 25, before she posted six points in straight three games vs. Marist, March 1, Campbell, March 5, and Brown, March 9. The junior followed up those performances with four goals over Manhattan, March 12, and one at Cornell, March 18.

Blloshmi's 2.0 free position goals per game ranks second nationally behind No. 3 Northwestern's Madison Taylor with 2.3. Blloshmi's 38 total goals sits 10th in the country while her 3.8 goals per game is 11th.

The attacker picked up her first career America East Offensive Player of the Week honor, Feb. 17. The nod was a career-first for Blloshmi who was selected as America East Rookie of the Week twice in 2024.

With four goals in Binghamton's 12-11 America East Championship win over UAlbany, May 3, 2024, and one in the team's first-ever NCAA appearance at Yale, May 10, 2024, Blloshmi has scored in the Bearcats last 12 contests.

MUSCOLINO MAKING HISTORY
Olivia Muscolino recorded her third straight hat trick with four points on three goals and one assist vs. Bryant. Muscolino continues to add to her all-time points (192) and goals (138) record which she set in the Bearcats first four games this season.

The senior rose to first-place in Binghamton program history after she scored twice against St. Bonaventure, Feb. 25, passing Rebecca Golderman's (2016-19) previous mark of 124. Muscolino became the Bearcats' all-time points leader just 13 days earlier with two goals and two assists against Colgate, Feb. 12, breaking Ali Castiglie's (2008-11) previous total of 160.

Muscolino set a Bearcat single-season record last spring with 72 points, 52 goals and 120 shots.

ALL HAIL ANGE
Angelina Suau eclipsed 75 caused turnovers and 100 ground balls in her Bearcat career at Bryant, March 22. With 77 caused turnovers in her career, she ties Jacqueline Kennedy (2016-18) for the program lead. Suau is one of three players in Binghamton Women's Lacrosse history to record more than 70 caused turnovers.

The senior was named America East Defensive Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday afternoon, March 3. Suau collected nine ground balls and seven caused turnovers in two games. She collected a career-high seven ground balls and matched her personal best with six caused turnovers against St. Bonaventure, Feb. 25. The honor is the third career nod for Suau after she was named Defensive Player of the Week twice in 2023.

FIRST TIMERS
Three Bearcats registered their first career goals against Manhattan, March 12.

In her 50th collegiate game, Angelina Suau scooped up a midfield ground ball on a Jasper turnover, going coast to coast to find the back of the net for the first time.

Freshman Brooke Bort and sophomore Addie Lowery also collected their first career scores vs. Manhattan. Bort notched her goal on a free-position attempt in the second quarter while Lowery converted on an assist from Olivia Muscolino with 3:46 left to play.

WELCOME BACK BEARCATS
Sofia Salgado made her first appearance in goal for Binghamton this spring with nine saves vs. Brown, March 9. The 2024 America East Championships' Most Outstanding Player, Salgado missed the Bearcats first six games due to a preseason injury.

Marisa Tancredi scored her first goal in 668 days for the Bearcats against Campbell, March 5, after she was sidelined with an injury before the 2024 season. The senior found the back of the net off an assist from Olivia Muscolino in the third quarter.

MORGAN'S MESSAGE
Binghamton hosts its Morgan's Message game against UMBC, Saturday, March 29. In honor of former Duke Women's Lacrosse student-athlete Morgan Rodgers, the organization aims to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health within the student-athlete community, create more mentally healthy environments for those student-athletes and equalize the treatment of physical and mental health in athletics.

Juniors Gretel Cassell and Cheyanne-Carson Banister act as the Bearcats' Morgan's Message ambassadors. Morgan's Message Student-Athlete Campus Ambassador Program supports motivated students to become active leaders and advocates of mental health on their campus and in their communities.
