Binghamton Softball Golf Tournament Sponsored by BAE Systems Set For Aug. 24

Event to be held at The Links at Hiawatha Landing starting at 1 p.m.

VESTAL, N.Y. – The Binghamton Softball Golf Tournament - sponsored by BAE Systems - is set for Sunday, Aug. 24 at The Links at Hiawatha Landing. The event will start at 1 p.m. with all proceeds going towards the Bearcat softball program.

The tournament will consist of a four-person captain and crew format with a shotgun start. Dinner and prizes will follow.

The Binghamton softball team went 36-14 this past season and swept both the America East regular-season and tournament championships for the first time in program history.

The Bearcats ended the season ranked No. 17 in the final D1Softball.com Mid-Major Poll.
