Women’s Basketball Releases 2025-26 Schedule

Bearcats open season with three straight home contests, starting on Nov. 3

VESTAL, N.Y. – The women's basketball team begins its 2025-26 season with a Nov. 3 home game against SUNY Geneseo at 5 p.m. The announcement was made as the Bearcats released the majority of its schedule for the upcoming season - with another game still left to finalize.

Following its matchup against Geneseo, the Bearcats host Bloomsburg (Nov. 6) and St. Bonaventure (Nov. 11). Other home non-conference games are against Buffalo (Dec. 6), Marist (Dec. 13) and Colgate (Dec. 20).

Binghamton's first road game of the year is at Big 10 member Michigan on Nov. 18. It marks the Bearcats first trip out to Ann Arbor since 2015. Two days later, the Bearcats travel to Akron for the first time since the 2014 season opener.

Other scheduled road non-conference games are at San Diego (Dec. 3) as well as the Fairleigh Dickinson Tournament with neutral site matchups against Penn (Dec. 29) and UMES (Dec. 30).

America East play for the Bearcats begins at NJIT on Jan. 3. Five days later (Jan. 8) is the conference home opener against defending champion Vermont.

Other home conference games are against UAlbany (Jan. 15), New Hampshire (Jan. 22), Maine (Jan. 24), UMBC (Feb. 5), NJIT (Feb. 7), Bryant (Feb. 19) and UMass Lowell (Feb. 21).

Also on the road are America East games at UMass Lowell (Jan. 10), UMBC (Jan. 17), Bryant (Jan. 29), Vermont (Feb. 12), UAlbany (Feb. 14), New Hampshire (Feb. 26) and Maine (Feb. 28).
