Men’s Soccer Heads to CCSU

Bearcats and Blue Devils Square off Saturday at 4 p.m.

STORY LINES

- Binghamton (3-4-0) lost 1-0 to visiting Iona last Saturday. The match snapped the Bearcats' two-game home winning streak to start the season.

- A trio of Bearcats - junior midfielder Alex Balkey as well as junior forwards Kevaughn Harris and Anthony Randazzo are all tied for the team lead with two goals each. In addition, Balkey also ranks first on the team with five total points.

- Central Connecticut State (0-4-1) lost 1-0 to visiting NJIT on Tuesday. The Blue Devils are in a stretch of three straight matches against America East programs. After facing Binghamton, CCSU will host UMass Lowell on Tuesday.

- CCSU leads the all-time series 2-1-0. Most recently, however, Binghamton won 2-1 on Family Weekend back on Sept. 21, 2024. Current junior forward Marcus Nahim assisted on both Bearcat goals - which were scored by Randazzo and current graduate student midfielder Tom Cohen.
