ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Binghamton golf team completed the final round of The Goat Sunday at Naval Academy Golf Club.
Overall, the Bearcats finished 11th at 300-296-303 = 899/47-over par.
Alex Patel had the best finish for Binghamton as he tied for 37th at 75-75-74 = 224/11-over par.
Brandon Conner, meanwhile, completed the event on a strong note shooting 72/1-over par on Sunday to finish tied for 44th at 78-75-72 = 225/12-over par.
Loyola Marlyand won the event at 289-284-285 = 858/6-over par. Navy's Jack Tarzy took home medalist honors at 66-71-68 = 205/8-under par.
Binghamton turns its attention to its home tournament, the Matthews Auto Collegiate Golf Invitational. The 36-hole event takes place from Oct. 5-6 at The Links at Hiawatha Landing in Apalachin, N.Y.
