ELLICOTT CITY, Md. – The Binghamton golf team completed its 2025-26 season at the NEC Men's Golf Championship Sunday at Turf Valley Resort's Original Course.
The Bearcats shot 305/21-over par during the final round to finish in 11th place at 296-302-305 = 903/51-over par.
Harrison Blech, just two days removed from making a hole-in-one during the opening round, posted the best finish out of all Binghamton golfers, as the senior ended his collegiate career by tying for 23rd place at 71-77-75 = 223/10-over par.
Blech was one of three Binghamton golfers playing in their final collegiate tournament this weekend. Joining him were
Brandon Conner and
Sean Shen. Conner shot 76/5-over par Sunday to finish tied for 36th at 73-78-76 = 227/14-over par. Shen, meanwhile, finished tied for 48th at 78-74-84 = 236/23-over par.
Freshman
Jack Tebeau completed his first appearance at the NEC Men's Golf Championship by tying for 36th at 74-76-77 = 227/14-over par. Fellow freshman
Alex Patel subbed in for
Jackson Vesper on Sunday, scoring 77/6-over par in his only round of play for the weekend.
Howard ultimately won the team championship, while Long Island University's Arjun Singh Bhatia took medalist honors.
