Men’s Soccer Hosts UNH in Homecoming Game

Bearcats and Wildcats Square Off Saturday at 3 p.m.

STORY LINES

- Binghamton (4-5-0, 0-0-0 AE) lost 2-1 to visiting Lafayette 2-1 on Tuesday night. Junior forward Anthony Randazzo - who has scored in two straight matches - netted the Bearcats' goal in the fifth minute.

- Randazzo is tied for first in the America East with four goals and is tops with 1.60 goals per game. Senior back Will Mahoney - who assisted on Binghamton's goal against Lafayette - as well as junior midfielder DT Megliola are each tied for first in the conference with three assists.

- New Hampshire (2-4-3, 0-0-0 AE) won 2-0 at Yale on Tuesday. Reed Cash and Ryo Miyata netted the Wildcat goals in the victory.

- New Hampshire leads the all-time series 12-11-3. Last season, however, the Bearcats won 2-1 in Durham on Oct. 12, 2024. Current senior backs Luke Yates and Cailen Thomas scored for the Bearcats in that victory. 

- Binghamton is 5-8-4 all-time on Homecoming Weekend since moving into the Bearcats Sports Complex in 2007. The most recent Bearcat win was a 3-0 victory over Buffalo on Sept. 24, 2016. 

- This marks the second time that New Hampshire has been the Bearcats' Homecoming Weekend opponent. The Wildcats were ranked fifth in the nation on Oct. 9, 2021 when they defeated the host Bearcats 4-1.
