Bearcats head to Le Moyne on Sunday in first regular-season meet

VESTAL, N.Y. – The Binghamton swimming & diving teams open their 2025-26 seasons this Sunday at Le Moyne. The Bearcats and Dolphins square off at 10 a.m. and will be joined by Stonehill's women's squad.

The Bearcat men - who have been picked to capture their third straight America East title - return four individual conference champions. Senior Max Kaback (100 back), junior Harrison Lambert (400 IM) as well as sophomores Evan Peters (200 free) and Cameron Stetzer (200 IM) all won their first career titles last year.

On the women's side, junior Fayanne Smith-Salzberg earned all-conference honors for the 2024-25 season.

There are three regular-season home meets on the Bearcats' slate this season. Binghamton hosts Niagara on Oct. 11,  Canisius on Nov. 1 as well as Wagner in their annual Senior Day Meet on Jan. 31. On the road, the Bearcats also travel to the Bucknell Invitational (Oct. 25) and Marist (Jan. 31).

In addition, the Bearcat men head to NJIT on Nov. 8 for a meet against the Highlanders. At that same site, Binghamton's women's squad faces Central Connecticut.

This year's mid-season meet will be at Cleveland State in the Magnus Cup Nov. 20-22. It marks Binghamton's first-ever appearance at the event.

The America East Championships are set for Feb. 18-22 and will be hosted by Virginia Military Institute for the third straight year.
