VESTAL, N.Y. – The Binghamton volleyball team nearly swept the latest collection of weekly honors for the America East Conference, as the league announced Tuesday that the program won three awards.

Magi Milicevic was named the league's Player of the Week, Celeste Ocampo was chosen as the Defensive Player of the Week and Regan Kadel was selected as the Setter of the Week. This comes after each player contributed to Binghamton's sweep at NJIT on Oct. 16.

This is the first time Milicevic has received a weekly award from the America East. The junior outside hitter, who is playing in her first season at Binghamton after transferring from Florida SouthWestern State College, recorded 19 kills, her most at Binghamton, while adding four digs, two total blocks and one assist against NJIT. Milicevic also hit .366 for the match, her highest total as a Bearcat.

This is the third time this season a Binghamton player has been named Player of the Week by the America East. Viktoria Dimitrova previously won the award in back-to-back weeks on Sept. 15 and 22.

Ocampo, meanwhile, is receiving a weekly honor for the first time in her career. The sophomore libero recorded 27 digs, averaging nine per set, while adding four assists against the Highlanders. Ocampo has recorded at least 26 digs in each of her last two matches, while reaching that mark four times this season.

Ocampo joins Eve Roman as the only two Binghamton players to be named Defensive Player of the Week this season. Roman won the award back on Sept. 29.

Kadel has been named Setter of the Week for the second time this season, and fourth time in her career. The junior setter previously won the award earlier this season on Sept. 8, as well as on Nov. 4 and 17, 2025. Kadel posted 45 assists for an average of 15 per set, along with nine digs, against NJIT. Kadel has recorded at least 45 assists in three of her last four matches, reaching at least 40 in a total of seven contests this season.

The last time Binghamton won at least three weekly awards from the America East in the same week was on Nov. 17, 2025, when Kadel was named Setter of the Week. Merima Smajlovic was also chosen as the Player of the Week, while Emily Cronkhite was named Defensive Player of the Week.

Binghamton (10-7, 2-3 America East) prepares to face Fairleigh Dickinson (8-13, 5-1 NEC) in a non-conference match at 6 p.m., Tuesday at Bogota Savings Bank Center in Hackensack, N.J.
