Developer and entrepreneur brings local leadership role to position

VESTAL, N.Y. - Binghamton athletics has announced the addition of local developer and entrepreneur Justin A. Marchuska II as assistant general manager for men's and women's basketball.

Marchuska joins previously announced assistant Alex Brodsky in the role. Both Marchuska and Brodsky will work closely with the athletics external advancement team and the coaches to expand philanthropic support for both programs.

Marchuska is co-founder and principal of Marchuska Brothers Construction, the Southern Tier development and construction firm he launched in 1993. The company now operates across five divisions including commercial development and Marchuska Glass, with active projects in Binghamton, Ithaca, and Syracuse.

His investment portfolio includes downtown Binghamton's MetroCenter and private real estate holdings in Montauk, Ithaca, and Skaneateles.

An early-stage investor in regional companies and ventures, Marchuska is committed to building the next generation of business leaders across upstate New York.

He serves on the boards of Johnson College, Broome-Tioga Workforce New York (Chair), and Community Potential, in addition to his role on the Binghamton University Athletics Board (Vice-Chair).
