Men’s Soccer heads to Lafayette

Bearcats and Leopards square off Wednesday at 7 p.m.

STORY LINES

- Binghamton (0-1-1) lost 3-0 to George Washington in its home opener on Sunday afternoon. In its season opener on Aug. 20, the Bearcats played to a scoreless tie at Mount St. Mary's (Md.).

- Like the Bearcats, Lafayette (0-0-1) also played to a 0-0 deadlock in its season opener. The Leopards were at Duquesne on Aug. 20.

- Lafayette leads the all-time series 7-3-0. Most recently, the Leopards rallied for a 2-1 victory at the Bearcats Sports Complex on Sept. 23, 2025. In the last meeting in Easton, Pa., however, Binghamton won 1-0 back on Sept. 10, 2024. 

- The Bearcats are looking to remain unbeaten on the road this season. The last time they did not lose their first two road matches came in 2016, with ties at George Washington (Aug. 29) and Siena (Sept. 2).
