RESULTSVESTAL, N.Y.—The Binghamton men's and women's swimming & diving teams each fell to Drexel at the West Gym today. The men were defeated by a score of 145-98, while the women fell 155-86.

MENThe men had winners in multiple events.
Brian McKenna took both the 50 free (21.40) and the 100 free (47.50).
Matthew DeVito won the 400 IM (4:12.92), while
Tommy Cummings won the 100 breast (59.72). Cummings also was a part of the 200 medley relay, along with
Eric Farm, DeVito, and McKenna, that finished second with 1:35.88.
William Harrison came in second in the 100 fly (52.93), while Farm (53.05),
Zachary Kaplan (53.79), and
Travis Blank (54.97) finished two through four in the 100 back. The 200 free relay of
Andrew Hawkins, Blank,
Darin Gillenwater, and Farm took second with 1:28.52. In diving
Cole Reagan was second in the one-meter (246.15) and three-meter (239.92).
Ryan O'Connell was third in the one-meter (237.75), and Colin Coughlan was third in the three-meter (219.60).

WOMENThe women got off to a great start by winning the 200 yard medley relay.
Claudia Coccaro,
Selina Ng,
Stephanie Malyszka, and
Courtney Foley combined for a winning time of 1:49.34. Ng would then go on to take the 100 fly (57.52), while Coccaro did likewise in the 100 back. Foley also turned in second-place finishes in the 50 free (25.21) and 100 free (54.87).
Abby Humphreys joined Foley in the top three with a third-place finish in the 100 free (56.27). Malyszka rounded out the day with a second-place finish in the 100 breast (1:09.90).

NEXT UPThe Bearcats will now prepare for the Bucknell Invitational—a three-day tournament starting on November 20.
