SCOUTING SIENASiena (0-4-2) lost 1-0 at St. John's on Tuesday night. Although they have yet to win a game, the Saints played to a 1-1 tie against Hartford and a 3-3 tie against New Hampshire earlier this season.
Junior Rosero leads Siena with two goals and two assists so far this season. On Sept. 7, he was named both the MAAC and ECAC Player of the Week.
SERIES RECORDBinghamton leads the all-time series against Siena 2-0-2. The teams haven't squared off, however, since Oct. 11, 2005. The Bearcats won that game 3-1 at the old West Gym Field.
WORTH NOTINGIn its last eight home games, dating back to Oct. 4, 2014, Binghamton has gone 5-2-1. The tie was a 1-1 draw against Stony Brook in the America East quarterfinals last Nov. 8. The Bearcats, however, won the decisive penalty kick shootout 4-3. This year, Binghamton is off to a 2-0-0 start at home.
