RESULTSVESTAL, N.Y. -Â The Binghamton women's swimming & diving team fell to New Hampshire 185-108 Saturday afternoon at the Patricia A. Saunders Aquatic Center. It was the final America East meet for both teams until the conference championship on February 11-14.
The meet started with Binghamton finishing second and third in the 200 medley relay. The relay of
Claudia Coccaro,
Selina Ng,
Stephanie Malyszka, and
Courtney Foley clocking in at 1:51.21.
Katie Chung,
Brooke Pettis,
Sarah Schoenfeld, and
Sarah-Jane Wied were right behind at 1:54.62. Coccaro then finished second in the 100 back (1:01.71) and Foley did the same in the 50 free (25.38). In event 14, Ng won the 100 fly at 57.83, and
Brooke Pettis (1:00.04) finished third. To close the meet,
Jennifer Gosule won the 400 IM (4:49.81), and the relay of Ng, Wied, Foley, and
Abby Humphreys won the 200 free relay (1:42.33).
Katie Ellsworth finished third overall in one meter diving with 195.15.
The Bearcats will conclude their regular season next Saturday when both the men's and women's teams host Marist on Senior Day.
