STORY LINES
- Binghamton (3-5) won 68-44 at NJIT on Tuesday night.

- Columbia (6-2) won 66-64 in overtime against Providence on Wednesday night. Camille Zimmerman, who leads the Lions with 20.3 points per game, drained a season-high 27 points in the victory. Zimmerman also leads Columbia with 9.8 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game. Â
- Columbia leads the all-time series 4-1, having taken a 71-64 decision at home on Dec. 9, 2015. Current junior center
Alyssa James scored a career-high 33 points for the Bearcats in that game. Binghamton's lone win in the series was a 78-34 triumph on Jan. 6, 2001 at the West Gym.Â
- The Lions are the fourth of five teams the Bearcats face this season from the Ivy League, which had the ninth-best conference RPI last year. Binghamton has already faced Yale (Nov. 13), Penn (Nov. 16) and Brown (Nov. 27) and will meet Cornell on Jan. 1.
- The Bearcats lead the America East and are tied for No. 18 in the nation with 9.0 three-point field goals per game. They made a season-high 11 three pointers in Tuesday's win at NJIT. Â
- As a team, Binghamton ranks second in the America East with 64.1 points per game. In the past four games, the Bearcats have averaged 72.3 points per contest. The Bearcats also rank second in the conference in both steals (9.4 spg.) and turnover margin (+2.75).
