Binghamton Game NotesAlbany Game NotesVESTAL, N.Y. - Binghamton men's basketball (5-18, 2-8 AE) faces its oldest and closest geographic America East rival when two-time reigning conference champion Albany (19-6, 8-2 AE) arrives Monday night. The game tips at 7 p.m. and will be broadcast on ESPN3. A large crowd is expected at the Events Center as BU celebrates its student-athlete academic achievements at half and holds its "Pack the House" night promotion.Â
QUICK FACTS•   The Bearcats will attempt to snap an 11-game losing streak to the Great Danes.    Â
•   Junior guard
Marlon Beck (10.1 ppg.) has hit 24 three-pointers in his last seven games. He ranks second in the AE in threes/game (2.6) and has moved into third place on BU's all-time made 3s list (150), surpassing Moussa Camara (149). Â
•   Sophomore forward
Willie Rodriguez is fourth in the AE in scoring (14.2 ppg.) and seventh in rebounding (6.4 rpg.).
•   Freshman center
Thomas Bruce is averaging 6.6 points (on 56% FG) and 5.0 rebounds in league play. Â
•   Binghamton's current rotation features no seniors and just two juniors. The 11 underclassmen gives BU the eighth-highest underclassmen percentage in the country (73.3%).
LAST TIME OUT•   On Saturday, BU led until the final three minutes and UNH capitalized from the free throw line late in a 59-55 Wildcats' win.

Marlon Beck tallied 16 points (4-of-8 3-pointers) and freshman backcourt mate
Everson Davis added 12 points and seven rebounds.
•   The Bearcats held UNH to 31% shooting and were plus 11 on the glass.
•   Leading scorer
Willie Rodriguez was whistled for two fouls in the game's first 1:05 and played a season-low 19 minutes (10 points).
•   Sophomore forward and defensive specialist
Justin McFadden was limited to 18 minutes with an injury.
•   Binghamton led by as many as nine points in the second half but missed seven of its final nine shots and UNH rallied at the line (14-of-16 in second half).
ABOUT ALBANY• On Saturday, Albany rallied from a 10-point halftime hole and used 25 made free throws to slide past visiting Vermont 75-71.
• The Great Danes are the two-time reigning America East champions and have averaged more than 21 wins a season since 2011.
• Albany has four starters and seven lettermen back from a 24-9 NCAA team that went 15-1 in league play.
• Albany has four players scoring in double digits and is shooting 45% from the field as a team. They have won four in a row. Â
ALL-TIME SERIES VS. ALBANY• Thanks to 11 straight wins, Albany owns a 17-13 lead in the Division I series between the two programs.
• The rivalry dates back to 1948 — BU's longest-standing opponent — and Albany holds a comfortable 66-31 cushion.
• Binghamton won nine of 10 between 1999-2005 and then the teams split 10 games between 2005-10 before the Danes took control of the series.
• In the first meeting of the season on Jan. 18 in Albany, the Great Danes put five players in double figures and shot 59% in the lopsided win.   Â
